Family Law

MK Final“Starting a divorce case is exactly like starting a new business.  You need strategic planning. Short, medium and long term planning are crucial to achieve the most favorable settlement or trial result.  However, divorce is an emotional process and not always a logical one.  I take great pride in helping clients through both the legal and emotional issues that arise in their cases and in keeping them focused on the ultimate result.”
