Specializing in the litigation and settlement of complex financial matters and custody disputes, Judd Fineberg represents individuals in all aspects of family and divorce law.
Judd makes it a priority to apply a personal touch to his cases and has significant experience in all aspects of domestic relations litigation, including conducting numerous hearings and trials, legal writing and research, depositions, appeals, paternity, mediation, arbitration, discovery of assets, and enforcement matters.
Judd regularly counsels clients on the preparation and negotiation of parenting, settlement, and prenuptial agreements; valuation and distribution of assets, contempt and enforcement of judgements, and child custody matters. Judd has successfully litigated cases to conclusion in Cook, Lake and DuPage counties involving privately-held businesses, complex estates and trusts, executive compensation plans and high-conflict custody matters.
